1. Who we are

Just Radio (“Just Radio”, “we”, “us”) is provided by Nenad Papic, Zagreb 10000, Croatia, EU. Contact: support@justradio.app.

2. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Just Radio app (“the App”) you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

3. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. Commercial or venue use requires a separate license — contact us for such use.

4. Just Radio +

Just Radio + is a one-time in-app purchase — not a subscription. There are no recurring charges. It is sold and billed by Apple through the App Store; Apple’s terms and refund policy apply to the transaction. You can restore a previous purchase on a new device via Settings → Restore purchase. Features included in Just Radio + may evolve over time.

5. Stations and content

Just Radio is a directory and player for third-party internet-radio streams. We do not own, operate, control, or endorse the stations or their content, and we can’t guarantee any station’s availability, quality, or legality in your region — broadcasters move or take streams offline at their discretion. When a station fails, the App may offer a replacement.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use the App to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or interfere with the App or the streams. Don’t reverse-engineer or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

7. Privacy

The App collects no personal data, has no accounts, and does no tracking or analytics. Your favorites and settings stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The Just Radio name, logo, and app design are ours. Station names and logos belong to their respective broadcasters.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for the content or availability of third-party streams. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

10. Apple App Store

This is a “Licensed Application” under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (the “Apple LAEULA”, apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/), which applies together with these Terms; where they conflict, the LAEULA governs for App Store matters. Apple is not responsible for the App or for any claims relating to it, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them.

11. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.

12. Governing law & contact
